• white rice 300g
• kimchi 100g
• spam 80g
• carrot 30g
• sugar 1tsp
• chopped leek 2tbsp
• oyster sauce 1tbsp
• minced garlic 1tbsp
• sesame oil 1tbsp
• 1 fried egg
Chop kimchi into small pieces to the size of your preference
Dice up spam, chop carrot and leek for preparation
Fry your egg in advance
Stir-fry minced garlic, leek, and carrot together in a heated fry pan with enough amount of cooking oil
Stir-fry diced spam and kimchi together with the cooked vegetables
Add in sugar and oyster sauce; make sure to stir so all ingredients could be well mixed
Once the sauces are mixed into the ingredients, add in rice and stir again
Add a tablespoon of sesame oil and stir again
Finally, place into a clean plate and add prepared fried egg on top
